The washed process.
the cherries are stripped off from the coffee beans.
Then, the beans are washed before being dried.

Honey Process
The Coffee beans dry without the cherries but with the honey. It takes about a week to dry, depending on temperature and humidity.
The Natural process
the coffee beans dry naturally in the cherries and take longer to dry, giving the beans a fruitiest flavor.
Anaerobic process
It's a new process that consists in fermenting coffee in a sealed container with no oxygen.
The coffee can ferment with: The cherries, the honey or completely washed.
